Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in the price?

Everything! From the moment we pick you up until we take you home. Lunch at the taverna, drinks on board and all snorkelling equipment.

Is there a limit to numbers?

Yes, we will only take up to 6 - we like to keep the numbers low so you can enjoy a much more personal day.

Is there safety equipment?

Yes. We have strict safety codes and all safety equipment is on board and checked regularly. We have full licences and safety certificates, an abundance of life jackets, an 8 man life raft and flares.

Are children allowed?

Children are more than welcome and will love the thrill of sailing. However, the day isn't suitable for toddlers and babies. We have found the day is too long for toddlers and to hot and uncomfortable for babies.

What's included in the lunch?

The Greeks eat what is called a 'Meze' which is a wide variety of dishes enabling you to sample much more than you could if you had a regular meal. You can choose if you prefer more meat based dishes, more vegetable based dishes or just let the chef prepare a selection for you. Special needs can also be catered for with some advance warning.

What time do we leave and return?

The day is completely yours and we will collect you whenever you wish. To take full advantage of the day we would recommend a 9.30am collection at your hotel. You normally arrive back at around 6pm.

What about safety issues?

We are fully licensed, checked, insured and approved and have all certificates on board.

Is it easy to get on board?

Yes, a small step from the marina jetty up to the step of the yacht. There are ladders that lower into the water for when you want to get off and on for swimming.

Is there any shade?

Below deck we have a saloon with seating and a dining table, together with a cabin if anyone would like a siesta.

Are there toilets?

Yes, we have a full bathroom with a flushing toilet and freshwater shower.

What do we need to bring?

A towel, suntan lotion and sunglasses! That's really all you need.

What's the dress code?

Whatever you want. Obviously swimwear for on board and the taverna is very laid back so beachwear is perfectly acceptable.
